Further, the GST Litigation E-Filing Associate maintains Tech Tracking including internal tracking dashboards for all ongoing Client disputes, capturing notice dates, hearing schedules and actual filing dates.
The GST & Litigation E-Filing Associate ensures all Legal Drafts, Indices, Annexures comply with the proformas required by Court Registries and proactively tracks and resolves any issues raised by the Court Registries so that the matters can be listed without any delay. The GST Litigation Support Executive also compiles, formats and uploads multi party evidentiary annexures for GST refund claims, stay Applications, tracking the status digitally till final disposal.

As a Court Support Executive, Suribabu Law Chambers, Eshwar is involved in Courtroom Assistance and is in charge of handing over the physical files, pass overs to the Arguing Counsel also providing immediate logistical support during the Court Proceedings.
The Court Support Executive ensures that the Case Files, Legal Binders, Reference Law Books are transported in a safe and organized manner from the Law Chambers to the Courtrooms.
The Court Support Executive also watches the Courtroom's digital display boards and informs the Litigation Team, the Arguing Counsel in real time as the item numbers advance forward the Law Chamber's listed case. The Court Support Executives is responsible for the logistics of the Chamber Head and remains stationed inside or outside the Courtroom during the hearings to instantly hand over files, sticky notes, case files to the Counsel.

The Office Records & Digital Archiving Support Executive also organizes and sends urgent case files, Legal Documents via Registered Post, Speed Post. Further, the Office Records & Digital Archiving Support Executive is responsible for pagination & indexing including page numbers, index physical paper books under the supervision of Litigation Team for Court submissions.
The Office Records & Digital Archiving Support Executive is in charge of the office records of the Law Chamber and also in charge of digital archival of the same and render assistance to the Litigation Team in case file storage & archival.
